Product is well made to fit all sizes and ages and results came out to be really good.I don't like to workout neither want to give up what I was eating but with this belt/trimmer and 30 minutes walked. I lost some extra fat from sides of my belly.Would recommend the product to all. Though lost mine in moving last month, and the discount card they sent to me with product.

Okay, to start off I use the product above and beyond the intended use. I recommend getting this but leave it on a lot more than just exercising. I like to have it on for household chores because it helps give some back strength. The best way to use this for waist toning and losing weight is to wear it a bit before, during, and after meals. I have been doing that most days the past 2 weeks without much additional exercise ( really just a slight bump in household chores) and I'm already seeing my stomach start to hold that flatter shape and hourglass sides (now it's not surgery or magic so I'm still a little chubster but I still see the potential and muscle training already). Based on comparing my morning weights I also seem to have lost about 5 pounds. When wearing this belt tightly before, during, and after meals it prevents your stomach from expanding so you don't want to eat as much. Think of when your pants get tight and you want to undo the button/zipper. This is how it can easily help with waist trimming. I don't know how long it will last with the extended use I'm putting it through but I can tell you that once it does wear out I will be getting another for sure. It's comfortable and fairly easy to pull tight.

Contrary to some others experiences, this product is not “horribly smelly”. Once removed from package & unfolded it does have some smell. Those familiar with gum settings are familiar with it. It is not overwhelming, but does increase abit after use that may or may decrease after washing. The sizing is a bit poor for shorter people with not much actual waist room, be prepared for it covering your entire midsection from breast to hips for those of shorter stature(I’m 5’2”). Otherwise an ok addition to workouts.

I liked that this was a really nice waist trimmer, that the quality of the belt was amazing. I have bought some previously from Walmart and the quality was not very good and they wore out super fast. This one stays in place with some heavy duty Velcro and is very well made... BUT, if you are pretty heavy and wanting to use it, it is NOT for you. I personally was going to use it and could not even get it around my belly and I'm around 200 pounds. In the picture my daughter is 140 pounds and it was just a little bit big on her. To me I'm the one who needs to lose weight, not my daughter, but it fits her, not me. I was really hoping I could use this.... but it is to small.

This was delivered only 2 days ago, and I’ve worn it both days now during my workouts.This belt is surprisingly made out of quality material for the price you’re paying! The material is sturdy yet stretchy, and the Velcro is very powerful; I haven’t had to readjust even once while exercising.The results: Before starting with this, I had been semi-dieting for several weeks and working out with not much change in my body. My fat is focused more in more torso area. :( My waist was at 33” before this belt and now after only two days, I am at 32.5”. This isn’t a huge difference just yet, but that’s because it’s only been 2 days! It’s important to note that I consistently remained at 33” for the past month despite my exercises etc.I will be using this belt for longer than the 1 hour I’ve been daily. I will continue with my diet, and I hope to have even more awesome results!I 100% recommend this belt to anybody looking to purchase an exercising partner! :)

Velcro does not stick after a few months!

This item doesn't fit to me or my husbands body type at all. We go to the gym everyday and in no way is this belt a comfortable fit to either of us. I've tried to return these items and I am unable to do so!Do not purchase!I HAD TO MARK A STAR TO MOVE FORWARD OTHERWISE IT WOULDN'T BE THERE!!!!

I really like the belt. It does exactly what it needs to do. Its tight enough and it doesn't roll. I'm able to wear my clothes over it comfortably. I added a fat burning gel and it has accelerated the fat burning process.
