Give good flavor to chicken or fish without being too spicey.

It's pretty decent for making your own cajun fries or cooking cajun style food such as pasta. Flavor is good but the size of this product is too big for a single family house. If you live with multiple family members, this container may suit your needs, but if you live by yourself, I don't think you can finish them within a couple of years.

Good for my salmon. I asked the waitress at one of the restaurants we go too what type of seasoning they use and they chef said this one. Not sure if he was telling the truth but he turned us into some good seasoning for our fish 👍🏼👍🏼

The seasoning arrived quickly and we are already enjoying it on chicken, fish and vegetables! Would definitely buy again.

Basically a mixture of Cajun spices referred to as "Essence". Add quick flavor to seafood, meat, poultry, or anything else you think it will taste good on. Contains a mixture of spices without combining them yourself.Now if they just had an organic version.. Oh I can dream can't I?

What a deal! We use this for so many meals especially for pan blacking Salmon. Totally delightful! This large container is the best value for regular use! I called McCormick to find out where I could buy this size. The rep told me the large warehouse stores we're the only place to find this size but it would be hit or miss as stock changes often in those places. So we were happy to find it on Amazon for a good deal!

This Cajun seasoning is full of flavor, spicy and hot. The celery is definitely the stronger flavor, but it mixes well with the other ones (pepper, onion, garlic). I use it to season protein (works best for chicken or white fish) or carbs (works best for couscous, rice); I'm not keen on using it on veggies.I like the packaging, perfect for seasoning meals.

I use it to season my chicken and potato fries... It makes my food golden brown and most important it makes your food taste great.
