We have regular clue and it just wasn't challenging enough. We bought this to make it a little more difficult. It's great. It has more rooms, people, and weapons. My husband used to be able to guess and win in about 10 minutes, now we can play longer and everyone has more of a chance of winning. The weapon pieces are well-made and heavy.

This is the best Clue game yet! Up to 10 people can play, quality construction, more suspects, weapons and rooms. Great fun!

Bought for Family game night we love it

I love playing clue and the master detective version has more suspects, locations, and weapons, which makes it way more fun to play! It makes it trickier, and the games last longer, but I absolutely love this game. Probably my favorite board game!!!

I grew up with the original Clue and always loved it. This adds elements to the game. Had a lot of fun with it!

This is the best clue ever.. you can play longer with 12 rooms, 8 weapons, and 8 suspects! we saved our original from a house fire except for the box.. so to see that we can purchase same game again, I was so excited! You are never too old to play clue!!

Nice package overall. A bit worried about the way the game board folds up as it exposes some edges of the playing board side to abrasion (unprotected when places back in the box) and chance those board parts will wear away spoiling the nice printed gaming surface. The people markers are just plastic with various people colors. Would be nice to have metal people images for markers.

Pros:Everything!The game contents are great, it even comes with all metal weapon pieces, and the board is as good as the original.I love this re-release !Cons:NONE!Conclusion:I highly recommend this to anyone who loves classic board games, especially to Clue fans.I replaced the pawns with 'Clue People' some from an earlier version of standard Clue and others that I made myself with O Scale model railroad people. I replaced the dice with Skull dice, and the 'Case File' envelope with a tiny working briefcase that I slightly modified inside to fit the 'Case Cards' into it. I bought a second copy and did the same as a gift for my brother I loved it so much.
