Replaced a Steel Horse two section hardtop with the Rampage frameless. It is by far the nicest top we have had on our 95 Wrangler (197,000miles). The quality seems to be much better than that of the original factory top. The first day it was on my wife drove it 90 miles round trip to work in heavy rain, no leaks and very minimum road noise considering it is a soft top. Definitely do not attempt to install it in temps lower than 70 deg. If the temp is marginal partially install the top then park it in full sun for an hour before trying to finish all the zippers and snaps Great fit, great look, EZ install if you follow the instructions. No complaints whatsoever ! Follow up....March2013, five months after purchase. Absolutely no regrets or changes to our initial review. Great rear view for parking or backing out of our hard to see traffic driveway !! Love it!

Great, sturdy material. Excellent fit on my 1992 Jeep YJ. Really tough to get on first time, but that's the case with all new tops. Doesn't flap or make more noise on the highway than a Bestop traditional framed top. Awesome design that allows you to store windows between the layers in the top bit, so you can go to bikini mode when out and about. Nothing to complain about so far - great value for money! I hope Rampage keep making these for the YJ for many years yet. The only thing I'd like in addition is a Sunrider / flip top roof, and that would make it the perfect top. But perhaps that's asking too much.

This top is awesome looking on my 94 yj. It is easy to instal but the straps that hook to the back of the top have frayed and the end tab of the zipper for the back window has fallen off and will not stay zipped up. I really wish it didn't have these two problems It would be 6 stars if I had dent hd these issues. I have had it for two years and only had it on the jeep for about half the time.

great top. Put it on my 94 YJ. i needed to buy the tub rails. windshield upright, and half door retaining channel. i did not have a soft top on it before. the windshield channel i used was bestop. it worked good. it is quieter than my hard top. saying that with not too good of a seal. It only flaps when you're going about 30 to 50. on the highway when i go 70 it just puffs out and there is no sound problem. it was a tight fit but that goes with a new top. quick and easy to take the windows off. the window tint is good and dark, still legal though. the door windows are not tinted which is no big deal for me. i love the framless idea cause i dont have those ugly bars hanging around when i take the windows off. overall great top time will tell how good the material is but it seemed like a sturdy top all around. would recommend to anyone.

Installed on my 1994 Wrangler. Went on as expected and was easy to install. Lay out everything in the sun to warm up that way the canvas is more pliable. The zipper are large and seem sturdy. I've had it on for about 8 months now and still happy with it. The windows zip out and I throw them into the storage pouch that comes with the top. The pouch with windows slides between the room panels so I always have them in case it starts raining. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the top, and for $400 I think it's a good deal.

I want to start off by saying I never write reviews ever but this product has really exceeded my expectations. Remember now the bad reviews always out way the good because that’s just how things go but I am beyond pleased. The install was extremely easy and I only had the top and windows sit out in the sun for a little over an hour. I will say I used a video from YouTube as far as the instructions for the install so I did not use the copy of instructions that came with the product. It took me honestly maybe 1hr and 30min for total install by myself which could of been quicker but I wasn’t in a rush. I installed the door skins the next day and they were also a very easy install. I will say I was on the fence about the frameless and the look but I promise you if you are just do it. You will not regret it! Also I’m pretty sure it’s slightly more aerodynamic because it felt a lot better on the highway and a little less sluggish. The functionality is hands down on point with the built in window storage and all. I will finish by saying do not let these negative reviews influence your decisions because you will be completely satisfied! I will never go back to a frame soft top.

This fit very well and looks great. It takes a time for the initial install (my 1995 YJ has never had a soft top) but once it is on, removal is quick. Remember not to force zippers, It is not necessary if you take your time when installing. Only complaint; cheap screws included so i highly recommend buying stainless screws to replace Rampage factory ones.

Item as advertised. Makes the jeep look awesome. Strong stitches and thick, dense material. Windows are very thick. Well put together! A+++

A really great top. I like it a lot and it looks sharp. Some issues with the bow supports. they aren't long enough. But then again, I really don't think they are necessary. The rain and snow doesn't seem to affect the top at all. Neither does the highway. It's tight. I don't have a sound bar or padding on my role bars so they are too short and slide around. The window zippers need to be beefed up. Unless the plastic is warm, don't bother opening. I live in Northern Alberta so having enough heat most of the year to unzip the windows and not worry about the zipper failing is an issue. I have to open my door at the Tim's drive-thru! Yes, real first world issues!
