I have been using this for a few weeks. As a heavy coffee drinker, I notice a difference in the color of my teeth. They seem to be getting whiter. I also like the flavor, as it’s refreshing but mild. My mouth feels fresh after brushing and my teeth clean. I personally think it whitens slowly, but I would rather that than some of those harsher whitening toothpastes.Much better for your enamel in the long run.

I got this product because I wanted to rebuild enamel and prevent root canals. However, this product made me and my fiancé’s gums bleed from use. I noticed that after a week of using, I would always spit out blood, but I didn’t attribute it to this product until a few weeks of use. The only change I made was this toothpaste. Once I stopped using it, I stopped seeing blood! My fiancé confirmed by telling me a couple of days ago that he’s noticed his gums starting to bleed when he brushes his teeth. That settled it! I threw the product away because it is beyond the return date, but I will be calling customer service to inform them of this major issue! Do not use!

It's a good product I just haven't used it long enough to notice a difference.
