Free radicals are created as a result of accumulation of toxins in the body. These toxins come from the environment (pollution), unhealthy eating habits (foods with chemicals, preservatives, antibiotics), unhealthy living style (smoking, lack of sleep, stress, over-stimulation, lack of exercise) and emotional patterns (unresolved psychological issues).
