Fish Around Aquarium Plant Echinodorus arbertine, Live Plant for your Aquarium

Plants arrived well packaged but on opening the plants were in poor condition, flimsy and losing many leaves. I planted in an attempt to revive them but overnight the remaining leaves fell of and virtually disintegrated. After asking the seller for a replacement, I was told that they were 'further unable to assist me', as I was unable to provide a photograph.
