FINALLY! After years of research and searching... A picatinny rail optics mount for my Ruger PC4GR Carbine that allows me to co-witness with my factory ghost ring sights! You read that right, with this rail mounted on your proprietary Ruger scallops, you can use your iron sights on your Ruger PC4, PC9, and certain models of the Mini-14; or your picatinny mounted optic. There is a hollow tube that runs through the middle of the rail; that is large enough with a proper cheek-weld, to see your complete front sight and protective blades with room to spare. Best of all, it doesn't break the bank at this price.The only other thing that I might mention, is that there were metal remnants from machining the screw holes inside the sight tube. I just took a needle file and cleaned the tube out once I noticed.Just make sure that you are buying this model, the "Gen 2". I read that the Gen 1 did not have the co-witness sight tube.

Fit great but was not exactly what I expected

I searched high and low to find the correct adaptor for my old model Ruger PC9, this work perfect. I like that I can co-witness the open iron sights with this rail system. Seller shipped promptly and is an excellent communicator.

Fits my henry 44 mag great. I mounted a red dot optic. Piece of cake.

My ranch rifle has a notch at both ends of the mounting areas. The rail does not have have corresponding notch position to lock in place. As a result I could not align it properly with just the locking bolts and hold it in position.

Wasn't sure if it would fit but as described it did on my Ruger PC40. Good price too.
