Great capo! Easy to use. No tuning issues.
This capo works great. Easy and quick to put on and remove and has adjustable pressure. My reason for trying this capo is I was tired of replacing my other clip-on brand capo every time the spring would get weak, which in my case would be at least once a year because of how much I use it. I've had the 12-string version of this for a couple years and it's still going strong! This 6-string version is just as good.

Sturdy, Great Quality Build
Pros:Precision Design: The Shubb C1 Standard Series Capo is a masterpiece in precision engineering. Its sleek design not only looks fantastic but also ensures a snug fit on my acoustic guitar, allowing for perfect intonation every time.Operation: You do need to change the tension with a knob depending on where you need it placed on the neck of if switching instruments, but that leads to a longer lasting device that also protects your instruments.Durability: The C1 is built to last. The high-quality materials used inspire confidence in its durability, ensuring that it can withstand the demands of regular use without compromising performance.Versatility: This capo adapts seamlessly to various neck profiles, making it a versatile accessory for different acoustic guitars. Its ability to maintain consistent pressure across the fretboard enhances the overall sound quality.Overall Impressions:The Shubb C1 Capo has become my go-to acoustic capo. While the adjustment knob is an extra step compared to spring tension capo's, this should prolong the product life and provides a steady pressure across the neck as desired.

Works great on my guitar
Capo Is of good quality. I bought the capo in solid black, clamps sufficiently on all guitar strings. Appropriately priced.

I didn't realize how TERRIBLE my other capo was!
Sometimes you don't really know how bad something is until you use something better. My old capo was bulky, cheap looking, and most importantly - didn't have a way to customize the tension for my guitar.I was looking for an upgraded capo - one that was quality made, allowed customization of the tension, easy to use, and also - - small. The Shubb capo delivers on all fronts! This capo is very small and in a very good way. The capo is only 4 cm wide and doesn't have any unnecessary design to it. When you have it on your guitar it sort of blends in and doesn't distract from the look and feel of your guitar. All I did to initially set up was open the package, make sure my guitar was properly tuned, applied the capo to my guitar by clamping it on, then i adjusted the knob accordingly (with a tuner) to get the right tension. And that's it! I tested the capo on different frets and I was properly in tune to each one of them. It looks sturdy, and it's not going to move when I'm playing. If you are serious about playing and SOUNDING GOOD and in tune, I would just avoid using any capos that don't allow you to change the tension. You are always going to be slightly out of tune no matter what you do.And as I side note, it is awesome that Shubb sells capos in different colors / finishes. I was looking specifically for something black to match my Taylor 114ce ebony fretboard - so I went with the Capo Noir C1K. I love that the capo just sort of blends in with my guitar and looks like it belongs with my other equipment.

No twangy strings! (Note: recommended for acoustic guitars)
Thrilled with this product. It has a death grip on your fretboard and allows for super clean tones from our guitar without any twangs heard from cheaper capos. Also like the chrome finish on ours, but get the style that suits your taste. High quality construction, super sturdy, easy to use.Note that the one we purchased was specifically engineered for thinner acoustic guitar fretboards, as opposed to wider ones on NYLON guitars.

Works as expected.
I bought this capo based on reviews. It works well and is adjustable. But for me, I would probably have been better served by a spring loaded capo so I could use it with one hand without a learning curve to get there.

Excelente capotrasto
Facul de usar y super portátil. Lo más interesante es que, a diferencia de otros Capos, este te permite colocar muy a gusto los dedos
