One of my first diffusers. It's a workhorse, runs for hours. Love the lights, it has a setting that makes the whole unit glow!

I use this at work. It keeps the air fresh. The scent is suttle, but clean smelling. Good size for a larger room. Holds more water than others I've seen, so can be used longer without refilling. It looks good sitting on my desk. I really like it.

Beautiful diffuser, love the look and the size of the reservoir. I was so excited to use this diffuser! I plugged it in, filled it up, added a few of my favorite oils and... it DOESN'T WORK. Would come on for a few seconds and shut off. I tried all the trouble shooting are6a in the manual and even contacted the company customer support. They responded the first time, offering a few more suggestions to try. But upon further investigation, I found the diffuser disc was broken (and had arrived that way). I emailed them back explaining the broken part and never heard from them a second time. I emailed them a third time almost a week later asking for a replacement or refund and still got nothing. Awful customer support! They were all interested in helping until they figured out they'd need to replace/refund. Will never buy from this company again. I would've been happy for them to simply send me a replacement diffuser disc (a very simple fix and costs less than half the diffuser itself), but never heard from them again. I now have a beautiful useless diffuser taking up space in my room, that I'll have to buy replacement parts for myself, and to add onto it I'm sick and am desperate to have my home remedies from my diffuser!

Has worked for a couple of months with only minor hiccups. The on\off switch that has to be pushed 4 times for continuous operation sticks often, making it difficult to operate sometimes. Other than that, satisfied with purchase.

Love love love!!!! Such a great quality diffuser and great price. Been using it for a 4 months daily. Works well and holds a lot!

This is a good diffuser, lasts through the night and is nice looking with lots of lighting options which I like.I cannot give it a great rating because it is EXTREMELY difficult to get the top off to fill it. There is nothing to grab to pull it off and unless maybe you have very large hands, its a struggle.Once you get the lid off, it does a nice job. Perhaps its just the one I got?

I’ve had this diffuser for about 2 months and been very happy with it. Lots of light settings and I love the huge size. I put it in my big front room and it can run all day. It’s very quiet as well, would be great in the bedroom too. I hope it lasts longer than some of the other ones I’ve bought, but even Young Living brand diffusers don’t last more than two years.

I bought this diffuser because it seemed like a great value and I like how it looks. I loved this and used it daily for about 2 months and then it stopped working. The buttons still work and it diffuses for a few minutes and then it turns off. The lights still work but that’s not why I bought it. I’m out of the return window so I guess I’m out the money I paid and I’ll have to try to find another diffuser.
