One Piece Vol.1: Romance Dawn (One Piece Series)

英語学習を始めていて、英語に触れる時間を増やしたかったので、気晴らしにもなり楽しみながら英語に触れることが出来て買って良かったです。読み込んでフレーズを覚えたいです。

Great book!

I've got all of the books in Japanese and am currently collecting the English version. I truly believe that this series has something in it for every reader. The story revolves around a boy who wants to become the king of pirates and his band of merry pirates. But the great part is that it isn't all just fun and games. This epic tale takes on popular themes like friendship, adventure and hope but also doesn't forget that the world isn't perfect and brings in death, war and racism. I can see why it is the most popular comic series in history and has sold over 230million copies. I am using these books as a reading activity for my students (I'm a kids English teacher) who have medium to high reading abilities. It's far more enjoyable than reading regular books because the pictures make it faster and easier to understand. If you are studying English I recommend reading this or other comic books rather than trudging through a long novel with a dictionary in hand.

日本語版と一緒に重ねて読むと、英語の勉強になる。 そして、勉強なのに、まったく飽きが来ない。 意外と簡単な英語なので、読みやすいかもしれない。

最近のこの漫画は正直嫌いですが、最初は大好きだったため、英語の勉強にもなると思い購入。 「買ってよかった！」と素直に思いました♪ キャラクターが英語を話しているのも面白いし、やっぱり絵もシンプル、英語も簡単です。 これは中学生からなら誰でも読めると思います☆ 私も毎月一冊ずつ地道に購入しようと思いますので、みなさんも是非どうぞ(*'∀｀*)

英語表現が楽しく勉強できるので。でも海外版はやっぱり高いですね。

I had a well-preserved One Piece collection, but last year I had to sell it to raise money to buy a new notebook, hard times, it wasn't an easy decision... Some time later I got better financially and started a collection again, kanzenban (3 in 1), the paper is better and has a higher cost benefit in the end. And today I decided to buy the American volume 01 to make my collection even cooler, I liked the format, the paper better than the one used here in Brazil, I just didn't like the translation "Zolo" .... my God hahaha other than that, yeah a great manga.
