Works for me
Comfortable pick with good bite, best picking decision I've made since converting to Jazz III. I have a fairly unorthodox grip and the groove really works for me.

Takes some getting used to
I think I'd prefer a pick this size without the cutout, it's much more precise than the JP jazz IIIs but overall a great pick. If you're not used to smaller picks, it'll be weird at first but once you're used to them you can't go back
