I naught this for my esthetics business and I gotta say. It gets pretty hot! I’m glad it came with tongs that I can get the towels with!! Works great for my needs, I can fit up to 6 towels in there (my towels are bigger than normal)

I use this towel warmer frequently for work. It is easy to clean and it gets towels hot in 30 minutes or even less. However, after having this product for a year and a half it stopped working. It gets warm for 10 minutes and then just shuts off. I tried to fix it but I will probably have to get a new one. Kind of disappointing because I know many other people who have used theres just as much and they have had them for 3+ years.

I saw other reviews of people complaining about the plastic and didn’t realize how bad it was until I open the box and saw that this unit was entirely in plastic that was stuck tightly to the unit. The problem is that the plastic was put on before the unit was actually put together so it’s stuck inside the grooves of the unit and bolted together I had to use a razor blade to try to get it off and it took me an hour I should be getting this unit for free for my time just saying. For the life of me why would you wrap something like this in tight plastic when it’s a unit that gets extremely hot?? I certainly hope it works or I’m going to be happy. !

Kind of a pain because it leaks all the time, leaves puddles underneath the warmer. But it does keep the towels hot.
