The BESTEK 150W power inverter is great, compact and easy to use. I can plug in my laptop and charge my phone at the same time while driving. It doesn’t make much noise and doesn’t overheat. Perfect for road trips or working on the go. Definitely worth it!

I liked this product so well I bought another one for our other car as well. If I’m ever traveling, it’s nice to have this available to keep a laptop charged or a DVD player working. It seems like this should be standard equipment that comes with a new car. This model is a very nice small size that can fit into the console of my vehicles and it provides 150 W though I would not use more than 120 W per the typical recommendation of a power outlet in a car. Most cars recommend only drawing 120 W from the power outlet/cigarette lighter outlet times 83% inverter efficiency times 80 to 96% device efficiency equals 80 to 96 W of output of a laptop battery charger or other device. My Microsoft surface Pro outputs 65 W so that will draw less than 120 W recommended by my vehicles.

Works.. so far. i use the 120volt to power a 20watt seed warmer mat on my car seat. (vivosun® thru amazn ) The USB outlets are fine. It's good to have heated seat backs in my economy car. THIS little inverter seems fine. I had ᵃ different brand which worked fine for only 2 months. Only gonna need the 120V for another 2 months. Will see how good THIS one is.. i will try to update if im so inspired 👍

Works great! I implemented this inverter into my homemade power station. I converted a 24v tool battery into 12v using this inverter. Works and functions perfectly. Has a small cooling fan and puts out great voltage. For the value of money it’s really high quality compared to others I’ve owned previously.

I purchased both this unit, the "BESTEK 150W Power Inverter DC 12V to 110V AC Converter 4.2A Dual USB Car Adapter, Thinner Design with ETL Listed, Grey/Black" (Model # MRI1511AU), and the "BESTEK 150W Power Inverter, DC 12V to 110V AC Car Inverter (Red Upgraded)" (Model # MRI1511L). I am posting this review on both product pages. Since the model names are identical apart from the letters at the end, I’ll refer to them that way. Short version: Although the specs are the same, and the prices nearly the same, this Dual USB "AU" version outperformed the “Red Upgraded” (“L”) version. (In addition, the “L” unit had something rattling loose inside on receipt.) More info: I plugged each unit, one at a time, into the 9v outlet in my car. I tested each unit by plugging in a small (20W) 2-speed motor, then switching it on low, high, off, high, low, etc. a few times each. Fan: - The fan was silent on this AU (box) unit; the fan apparently doesn’t kick in until cooling is needed. - The fan started immediately on the L (“red upgraded”) unit, gradually growing louder. It was, as other reviewers have noted, loud enough to be annoying in a quiet vehicle. Performance: - This “AU” box unit worked without difficulty: Running the motor was as seamless as when the same motor is plugged into an outlet. - The “L” unit worked … sort of. At first, the motor started up pretty much right away, switching from low speed to high without difficulty. But when I switched back to low speed, it stalled, recovering slowly. Same when I switched back to high speed. Then it worked fine again. Then it didn’t. I don’t know the cause, but it was as if the L unit was briefly overloaded when switching modes. Conclusion: - This “AU” unit gets five stars, at least for now: It works just fine, it’s simple, quiet, compact, and lightweight – just what I needed. - The “L” unit earns two stars: It works, sort of, but is inexplicably underpowered even though its specifications are the same as the “AU” unit.

Excelente producto para el precio que pagué ($398 MXN). El artículo llegó tal como se publica. Lo probé inmediatamente y me permitió cargar mi Huawei P30 con carga súper rápida con su cargador original en el contacto de AC. Para los puertos USB sólo tiene carga normal y carga rápida. Se compone de buen material, resistente, sólido y entra de manera firme al encendedor del auto. Cuenta con protección y aislamiento ante cortos circuitos según la ficha técnica. Espero que su vida útil sea muy amplia, sin duda sustituirá mis cargadores normales de USB ahora que tendré AC dentro del vehículo.

I bought this for my SUV when I go camping. I have an electric cooler I use to plug it in and it works awesome! Great for USB purposes too!

I've used this power inverter on and off for about 3 years now. It's a small device that fits nicely in the palm of your hand. I leave it in the car as that's where it gets used. It has been a reliable tool. I know every time that I need to recharge my phones, I can be sure this inverter will provide the power I need. Recommended to keep one in the car at all times. You never when you'll need it.

Si funciona, no es ruidoso, es compacto y se siente de buena calidad, por su capacidad no es recomendable conectarle un microondas ni la lavadora, es para aparatos eléctricos pequeños y de preferencia para usarse con el motor del carro encendido sino la batería se va agotar muy rápido y tu carro no va a arrancar.
