Keeps my sinuses washed so I don't have as much trouble with allergies! Another user mentioned and I agree that it's better than xlear. Definitely gentle enough for children

So the stuff really does work. and it does not burn your nose. Tried it myself. However, my kids absolutely hate it. My son won’t even let me near him without crying when I hold this thing. He’s three and his twin sister she has to “be brave” To use it when she just can’t breathe and needs the relief to blow. Every time we use it it pretty much like sprays all over their face and they wanna cry Because as I’m doing it, they move their face!. if I do it really lightly This won’t happen, but it doesn’t work as well. But my daughter woke up and couldn’t breathe this morning or blow her nose so we did this, and she was able to blow her nose for about a minute straight
