This looks like large grains of sugar and sure tastes like full strength. A characteristic, very bitter, taste. My method is two doses, and have worked up to the max dose on the label. I dump it in my mouth and immediately follow with juice or tea to wash it down. Then a meal, which tastes fine. The taste does not linger that way. NOT something to add to a food or drink! Unless you want to taste it in every swallow. This is a sulfur-containing mineral, used to lower oxidative damage and inflammation. It can be difficult to get enough of this mineral in food, it depends on the kind of soil or feed. Taking it by mouth moves it the most swiftly through the body, to promote all kinds of healing. I have been very impressed with its performance. I'm eating a Carnivore diet for autoimmune, which must take most of the credit for my continuing remission, and recovery of function. Turns out, I am reactive to plant toxins, but especially oxalate. This supplement streamlined my ability to detox from it. Symptoms vary. Mine includes rashes, digestive upsets, and flu-like malaise. (The book, "Toxic Superfoods" by Sally K Norton, has a complete guide to oxalate healing.) I call it a master supplement because it works through the whole body when taken by mouth. But also versatile as a topical treatment. I put some in thin lotion for a rash. Added to water to soak an achey foot. It can increase mental acuity and help muscles recover after a workout. It has a wide range of action. I must emphasize that adding supplements to a bad diet helps, but healing won't go as far without proper macros. The body needs lots of protein to heal and rebuild, enough animal fat to make all the hormones, and low enough level of carbs so the body does not have insulin resistance, which grinds healing to a halt.

So I am going to do a combined review since I am using 4 products from this company. Let me start off by saying I am very active.. endurance runner, sprinter, weight training, hiking etc.. Purchased the full size 1kg pouch. Product mixes easily with water. I personally have used the Jarro brand in years past and this has been the first time I have used this brand. I have no issues with this product. I had back surgery to repair disc herniations years ago and this was part of my regimen for recovery. I used it for about a year off and on. After the rehab and recoup period which was about a year my doctor said that my x-ray looked as if he had never touched me. I still use MSM to help my general skin condition. It usually helps me haver healthier skin, nails and hair. This product is just GOOD for you. I am currently using it for my 9 month 70 lb female lab puppy that had a growth spurt. She is limping on her rear section. I am hoping that this will aid in the forming of her hip bones. A almost $400 vet visit with X-rays showed that her bone caps at the elbow and knee had not yet formed. My wife treats this dog as her child and has no problems spending money on her. I am the provider and therefore look towards other ways of solving this problem hence the purchase. The Vet suggested I use Phycox soft chews @ over $80 his price. It is available here but the major ingredient is MSM and this is the best pricing I have found on MSM. I have full confidence that this product will work to bring my dog back to normal and keep my wife in check about giving so much of our hard earned money to the VET.
