Great size and are made well.

Just what I needed. My old pair fell apart after more than 30 years of use. These are not easy to find, at least not made with any quality. At 10 inches, the length is just right and I like the sizing of the handles. It's not supposed to rust but time will tell.

Compared to the ancient tongs these were supposed to replace, the finger openings are so large that the handling is relatively poor. Since the plating is already peeling from the tips, I'll throw these in the toolbox for cleaning things in solvent or whatever. I'll buy a better quality pair for the kitchen so I don't have to worry about eating flaking plating. The coloring of the exposed metal also bears no resemblance to things I have that are known to be true stainless alloys.

Longer length tings are great to use on grill and other food in stove or oven

A basic tong that I can't get too excited about except when I figured out it is one of my "go to" kitchen items. Not very fancy and I guess you can call them utilitarian. No problems and seems to survive repeated trips in the dishwasher. I like 'em and if you're looking for utilitarian tongs you'll like these too. In fact buy a pair (at least) so they won't be lonely.

This is the style "grabbers" I like, and these ones remind me of the ones my mom had when I was a kid. It's a simple design not sure how it could be messed up; no rust but I don't leave them sitting in the sink.

I bought one of these and was extremely happy with it, so I ordered two more. They sent me a different tong than the two I ordered and it says it's not returnable.The original looked just like the picture. The other two not only look different but don't work very well because the rivets are too tight.

Durable but it is not hard to open/ close the tongs.
