Sri Lanka Travel Map Third Edition (Periplus Travel Maps: Country Map)

My actual rating is somewhere around a 3.5, but will be generous & give this a 4. Agree w/the previous reviewer that this map is somewhat difficult to read due to the size of the print. But we're able to see it well enough, and it has the detail we need. The insets are helpful, as we'll be in those areas & will need the added detail. The paper is indeed a bit on the thin side, not as substantial as some waterproof/water-resistant maps, but it's not really billed as such, only as "coated" paper. Still, it's better than some maps we've used that tore almost immediately, & the outer covering of the map seems strong & prob. water-resistant. So while we're not thrilled w/it, it's been difficult to find good maps of Sri Lanka & this one will do the trick.

Hard to read, as print is very small. The paper doesn't look very durable. Disappointing!
