ポラールのpacerと同時に購入しました。理由は、ロードバイクに乗る時に、手首ではなく、ハンドルにpacerを固定すると、視線をそらすことなく心拍数の管理がやりやすいからです。正解でした。安心に走れます。練習に集中できることは、時間の短縮にもつながるので、大変助かります。
