I recently tried the Green Gainz Roasted Edamame assorted pack (Sea Salt, Masala, Cheese), and I’m honestly impressed! It’s really high in protein, making it a perfect guilt-free munch for fitness lovers. The salt content is very less, which makes it quite heart-friendly too. The texture and flavor remind me of roasted chana very light, crunchy, and satisfying. Each flavor has its own twist, especially the Masala one. Great option for a mid-day or post-workout snack without any added sugar or guilt.

Healthy Snack, but Classic Flavour Isn’t for Everyone
I tried the Green Grainz Roasted Edamame in Classic flavour. It’s a good and crunchy snack, but the taste of the classic version is a bit hard to enjoy. Also, I’m not fully sure if it’s as nutritious as claimed. Maybe the Cheese or other flavours would taste better. Worth trying, but go for a different flavour if you're new to edamame.
