Western Chief Girl's Waterproof D.c. Comics Character Rain Boots with Easy on Handles

I bought the spiderman and the superman boots for my 5 year old and 3 1/2 year old grandnephews. They are well made good looking boots and fit both boys perfectly. I bought 1 size up from their regular shoes and that worked well. The boys grabbed them out of the box the minute they arrived and yelled like banshees when they got a good look at the boots - they loved them. They wore them for the rest of the day, indeed they both feel asleep in their boots. The boots seem durable but admittedly we have not had them for very long. All in all I am very pleased with the purchases.

Super cute Superman rain boots! These were my sons first pair of rain boots and he loved them! He's currently wearing a 5.5-6 in shoes and these fit just like a 6-6.5. They're perfect! The design is cute and well made. I love that they have little handles, helps my son getting them on. The sole is thick and the boot is a great height to keep his feet dry. He was wanting to only wear these boots for the first week! I do like that they're not too heavy. Overall a great pair of rain boots!

These rain boots are awesome. My son love superheroes and he loves these boots. I actually bought these and another style of Superman rain boots, and these are the ones he picked based on comfort and look. The huge positive of these is that they have the handles on both sides so they are easy for toddlers to get on and off themselves. Also, Western Chief as a whole makes quality rain boots that last a long time (at least until kids outgrow them). They do run slightly small compared to other rain boots, however, I chose they fit as expected b/c I know this brand runs slightly smaller.

My preschooler LOVES these. The quality is high, the style is fun.However, they are too big. He wears a 12.5 or sometimes 13 sneaker. When the 13 came in these boots he was sooo excited. But as soon as he started to walk in them the heel slipped significantly and he couldn't walk without them slipping off.We ordered a 12 and while they fit better, they're still large. It's not so much that they're too long, but the heel is maybe not tapered enough. We're keeping them, and he's determined to learn how to walk differently (and not run, really disappointing for this monkey). He loves them too much to give it up!

Love it! My is one month shy of 4 months old (May baby). He is 40 1/2 inches tall. He wears 4-5 year size socks from Old Navy. He wears a 9/10 (classic croc) or 10 (Disney's Cars light-up shoes from Target). I went ahead and originally bought these in a size 12 thinking that they would fit well enough and he could grow into them and wear them until he was at least 6 or 7. They were WAY too big! I kept them for later years instead of returning them. I then bought a size 10 and they are a little big, but more along the lines of what I wanted. He loves them and can't wait for it to rain or bet wet outside so he can wear them. The fit him perfectly and have enough room that I think he will be in them next spring when he will be closer to five.

This is the best deal I have found on Batman galoshes (I have been searching for months). My daughter was beyond thrilled to get them for her birthday since she loves Batman. The boots are very durable. She wears them every day and they still look good. They came packaged nicely in a sturdy Batman shoe box which made for nice presentation as a gift. The boots do not leak and are easy to wash off. I have thrown them in the washing machine once since she filled them with dirt, and the inside liners came out but can be inserted back in. A great buy.

It's kind of hard to write a review for this. My son loves them. They fit him perfectly and he loves them because there is a Batman on them. I find that the quality isn't what I expected. There are random bubbles in the finish - like someone tried to stab them through from the inside. Just little aesthetic qualms - but after 1 play through in the rain - they kept his feet dry - which I suppose is the point.

From the moment I opened the box, my 2 year old son was in love. He wants to (and does) wear these boots every day! They are very well-made and, as I bought them a size bigger, I'm sure they'll last a long time. The batman detail is really pretty and the colors vivid. For the money, these are a great buy - I think every toddler should own a pair! Though there's not much rain in So Cal, my son loves these so much that it looks like we'll get plenty of use out of them.
