I’m on a ketogenic diet for mental health reasons rather than weight loss, so I sometimes need to add in extra calories to ensure I don’t lose too much weight or muscle. I also have food sensitivities with IBS symptoms, so I’ve been on the hunt for a keto snack bar that tastes decent but feels healthy to my body and doesn’t trigger a reaction (I can’t have chicory root, which is a common ingredient in keto bars). I also wanted a bar that wasn’t too sweet because I find those trigger sweet cravings for me.So far, this is the best one I’ve found that ticks all of those boxes. It’s not as delicious as some of the chocolate-style keto bars you can get, but it’s good, feels healthy when I eat it, my body tolerates it well, and it’s quite filling. It also has a nice moist texture. Best of all, it doesn’t cause me any bloating, gas, or upset stomachs, nor does it knock me out of ketosis (I have a blood ketone/glucose meter). I think some of the added ingredients are a bit of a gimmick, but it’s still a tasty, good quality snack bar and I hope this remains available in my country for a while (UK).

Excellent bars. Not too sweet, fill you up and great flavours in one box. These are neither dry and crumbly or soft and soggy. Whilst no low calorie, they’re not huge either given the amount of protein and fibre they contain.

These taste really lovely, I bought them on offer, but was shocked by the high price when I went to buy more. For 10g of protein in a very small bar, they’re not really worth the high price. They are very nice though, good quality, taste and texture and the calories aren’t bad. They’re sort of crunchy, and would snap like a brittle, not at all dry or tasteless like some bars. They really are too expensive for the protein content and size though, unless money isn’t a concern.

Why does it taste like cake? It had totally slipped my mind I had ordered the Almond bar. Well, I'm very pleased with this. Tastes clean, like a slice of mini Christmas cake - marzipanny, with choc chips standing in for currents. A sort of tangy after-taste but not artificially so. Well firm, not falling apart in your hands. Can be savoured slowly, due to protein content. Since fairly dry, but not unpleasantly so due to choc chips melting, I had mine with a cup of tea. I'd love to try a variety box of these, but it doesn't seem to be available?

Delicious bars , not dry and no weird taste; good ingredients, a bit expensive but I buy them when there is discount.

How this product has got so many 4 star reviews i don't know. I was really looking forward to trying these based on the reviews but oh my God. The first one I opened im hit with a disgusting chemical smell. I persevere and take a bite. Absolutely disgusting taste and texture. Inedible. I followed by trying the so called chocolate flavour. Again I'm hit with a plastic chemical smell as soon as I open it. I take a bite and had to spit it out. Really vile indescribable inedible taste. These bars taste nothing like the alleged flavours. They are honestly the worst food I've tried. Frustrating to find I can't return them so that's £20 in the bin!! Do not buy!!
