Works well. Thrifty on gas. Glass wind break is a very nice touch. Hose is generously long and of reasonable quality.It is very simple in design/execution and the powder coat is about as good as required. The cover fits with the wind break on. It blows off, of course. Use a rock.

The unit comes ready to go. All you need is a propane tank. Even has the 8ft propane hose with it.Works very good. Not only does it look nice but you get a good amount of heat from it. Was easy to assemble. Built well and very pretty to look at. Great value

Delivery was way earlier than expected came several days before, which would have been ok but we were out of town. A friend checking in on our place said it was delivered on the PUBLIC sidewalk so anyone could have taken it. Plus it was delivered standing up when the box has arrows showing NOT to do this, delivered by UPS, guess it was heavy about 75 lbs so they did not want to carry up the stairs in a walk up townhome see photo.Once installed its a beautiful fire pit, our handyman put it together used the natural gas and also put the propane option together for a side table. Loved the heat out put, you can put your feet up or put a drink on it looks amazing and color is exactly as described.

Cute and nice sized - this replaced a very expensive one we purchased that disintegrated- so I didn’t want to spend too much money on the new one.Came very quickly, only point to note that is minor and I only know because my other one was a little better… the flame is not quite as warm or powerful as the one I’ve replaced. It’s really not a big deal because you use these for ambiance not heat.I do like how I can put the cover on the glass and then put the rain resistant cover over the entire unit- and the propane tank holder is convenient to pull the tank in and out as well as store the rain cover -

Great product at a reasonable price.Especially wanted to give praise to the customer service.Excellent and very responsive customer service if you need. They made everything right even though it was my fault.

This is beautiful and worth buying. Wish it was 6 inches taller, but overall love it
