The MH Zone Resistance Band Set serves my purpose and is economically priced. My Physical Therapist was very happy with my progress at home using the Resistance Band Set. In fact, I was released two weeks earlier than planned as I used this set at home on a daily basis. My husband placed two hooks on an exposed board in our basement storeroom, one at waist level and one above my head. Using the movable door anchor over the hooks, I could easily use the Resistance Band Set for various exercises prescribed by my Therapist.. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I purchased these resistance bands because of the price. I wanted to see how good the quality was. It's not bad I would recommend these to friends. I have purchased better quality bands for a lot more money and got same results.

The resistance weight advertised can’t be accurate. Working out with all of these bands might work for a toddler. I have had to bundle with additional 50 lb band I already had and this is still not nearly enough resistance. Further, the red band has recently snapped and so has one of the handles. Steer clear of this poorly made product

The product is extremely low quality. The handles snapped in the first 2 minutes of the workout. Do not recommend buying it!

The handle broke less than 10 minutes after taking it out of the box.

These are very light duty. The clips are not even big enough for the straps that it comes with.
