I have to be honest. I got this for my kids but I've kinda taken it over. Remember the old paddle balls? Yeah, this is like that but 100% more fun! I'm not a boxer but I can definitely see where it improves your hand to eye coordination. The headband is comfortable an allows your skin to breath (because if you're not sweating you're doing something wrong!). Takes a few tries to get the hang of it but you'll challenge yourself to keep getting more and more reps every time you put it on! Great product for a great price!

There are days when you don't want to step out and you don't to miss the gym too. This is a perfect product to get a quick, high intensity workout. It comes with a high quality non sweat band, a set of balls, a set of hand wraps. It is good to improve reflexes so knowingly or unknowingly you get a good workout. At my ease, I sweat out at home. So, no regrets of missing the gym. This is a great product for kids too. They do enjoy playing with it. A great inexpensive gift !!

Checked out a few options for boxing reflex balls and settled on this one as they were offering hand wraps in almost the same price. WHAT A BARGAIN! Also, I sweat when I workout in beastmode and was skeptical about other options that were not sweat proof. Suprisingly, this reflex ball bundle is a perfect gift for kids too! My friend's son and his buddies use this boxing ball on string as opposed to being glued to video games so he swears by it. Thought I will give it a try and its kinda addicting!

Since this is my second purchase of a boxing reflex ball, I thought that the product would be of the same standard quality that I received with a different company. However, once I opened the box I was very impressed with the product that I received. The elasticity and quality of the string is top-notch. The hand wraps are a nice add-on since the red ball is a little harder than the beginner’s ball. Overall the product is amazing—seems like it will last longer than my previous boxing reflex ball by far.

I bought this boxing reflex ball for myself recently and get a pretty good workout going with it. The best part is that it is a cool little kit that comes as a complete bundle -- sweatproof wraps, sweatproof headband and two different kinds of balls. I definitely think this will help boost my punching and reaction skills and will be a quick workout. I can do it on the go, which is an added bonus given its portable and so light!
