I bought Magnesium as a dietary supplement following medical advice - really the best that any money could buy, not that I could afford it if asked. The advice is simple- There is sufficient medical understanding to advise that taking a large amount of additional Magnesium May well Help ME - since I have advanced parkinson's disease. Tha is why I bought this product and will continue to do so until advised not to. So thanks. A lot
