REEHUT Muscle Roller Massage Stick - Great Price & Works Great
Pros:- Massage Stick is of good length (not too short or too long).- Lowest Price I found on Amazon for equivalent Massage Roller Sticks.- High Visibility Neon Green color makes it easy to find.- Roller is Sturdy. Stiff without being overly heavy.- Light weight.- Rollers spin easily and do not catch or hang up on clothing/skin.- It functions flawlessly for the application.- Good size and end handle shape for scratching your back between your shoulder blades.Cons:- End handles are hard plastic. More expensive versions have softer handles. This does not affect functionality or effectiveness so this is more of an observation than a negative.- Not long enough to roll your back over your scapulas. Unless you are super flexible in your arms and shoulders, the length needs to be about 6" (15 cm) longer.I have four other massage roller stick to compare against. I probably like this one the best because the construction is optimum for a massage roller stick. The stick is very stiff without being overly heavy. The rollers on the shaft spin very easily with little friction such that they do not snag on clothing or pinch/scrape bare skin. The handles have a slight flare at the end making it easier to grasp the stick without hands slipping off.Bottom Line: This is a great value massage roller stick! It does what it needs to do at a very low cost. I highly recommend it.

Very nice, simple roller
Works really well on calf muscles, quads, hamstrings, and triceps -- those are the areas I've focused on the most. You can dictate how much pressure to apply, and the roller does the rest of the work to loosen up the muscles.

Accurately pictured and helps sore muscles!
So I've fallen off the wagon yet again with working out and every time I jump back into exercising I always go a little too hard too fast, AS IF I hadn't been inactive for months on end. Anyway, despite me always thinking I'm the same fitness level as from when I last left off, that first post workout soreness really sucks. I have a bigger foam roller, from the same brand might I add, so I was confident in buying another one of their products. Bigger foam rollers that need to be used on the floor are more time consuming and take up space since you gotta roll your body on it. This one is meant to target certain harder to reach areas. I use this on my quads and it's painful when I'm sore but definitely helps ease the tightness. I used it on my calves front and back and it was just as helpful. Will definitely feel good for shin splints too (for you runners out there)This rolls easily and smoothly, the grooves feel nice and help mince your sore muscles into mush. Overall, really love the quality and convenience of this. It has a nice weight to it so despite being plastic doesn't feel that cheap. Feels durable and since I hope not to fall off the wagon that often anymore, I'm sure it will last me a long time and come in handy for those difficult post leg day days.I didn't attach any pictures because the page's image is very accurate.

Effective & affordable - one of the few things that helps
I've had chronic headaches for years and this stick helps tremendously with trigger points in my neck and upper traps. I'm a physical therapist and I love that it's easy to use and affordable with noticeable results. Feels good on areas that aren't tight, as well. I don't know that the grooves in the beads really make that much of a difference, but it's been very effective for me at a reasonable price.

An okay massage stick, but could work better if beads were smaller and moved more freely.
I have used other muscle massage rollers that work better than this one. I had one years ago that had smaller beads, that moved more easily on the stick. I wish I recalled the brand of that one, because I recall that it seemed to work a lot better in working out muscle cramps and getting the lactic acids moving--which builds up in the muscles and causes muscle soreness. Also, the previous one I had was a long stick and I think that worked better for me.

Works well
I bought this for use in my hamstrings. My physical therapist had used something similar (a stick rather than a foam roller) and I wanted to be able to do the same at home as I’m recovering from a pull. This is lightweight, inexpensive, and has held up well (I’ve been using over a month so far).

Amazing!
I do the 100 Mile Challenge every year for Stop Soldier Suicide. I'm a natural runner, but that's a lot of miles even for me. I saw my coworker use one of these and had to get myself one. Best investment ever. I use it before and after my run. Muscles feel amazing. My calves and shoulders hurt less, my feet get a nice massage, and my hips don't suffer as much either. Really helps loosen up those tight muscles.
