Easy to drink , you can mix in different food or drinks you want ,the taste and texture is smooth and unflavor that you wouldn’t notice it. And good for the health that lacks us collagen and need our body to supplement it..Good quality ,healthy product. I recommend it.

I put 2 teaspoons into my grapenuts & banana cereal. I add about half a cup of almond milk and this meal is key for starting the day. Sometimes I also have this for lunch or dinner. It really does not matter to me. Staying healthy and fit is a lifestyle, a hobby, a means to an end and just gives the existence far more opportunities. I like to think that it all starts with eating right and at breakfast. Just an opinion, but I am sticking with it. Stay Strong Everyone!

I love using this product. Diet of all, it is truly tasteless and odor less. I tried some other flavored products they were disgusting. Too sweet or too strong to mask the collagen flavour. Secondly it really dissolves nicely in both cold and warm beverages.
