Lodge Heat-Treated Cast Iron 14 Ounce Round Mini Server, Set of 2

Love these pans. I’ve always been happy with the quality of Lodge cast iron and these adorable single serve pans are just as nice. I made apple crisps in them and they cooked up beautifully.

I'm from the south so...cornbread! I've used the pans for many other things but I bought them for cornbread and they didn't disappoint. I've been looking for cast iron to fit in my air fryer and these are perfect. They look small but hold a lot. I've made a lot of dishes that fed three with leftovers using only one pan. I would buy them again but cast iron lasts forever.

About what you would expect from Lodge. Quality cast iron, good seasoning, thick and solid. Easy to clean after baking a couple of eggs in one.

I wanted something to bake with. I was making sweet potato anna and needed two iron pans to cook with, One on the bottom and one on the top. These two servers worked like a charm to transfer the heat and make a delicious side dish. And then I could use them to serve the potato anna also.

Perfect size for individual portions. Easy clean-up.

Great for small amounts! Cast iron heating, browning, and durability.

At 425 degrees Farenheit, on stovetop, the surface burns. So use with medium heat.In the oven they may do better

Ok I love these little mini skillets. They appear to be of good quality and are REALLY pre-seasoned unlike others that claim to be. It's perfect for single sized egg white frittata as you can see pictued here. From handle to handle it's a smidge larger than your hand. The inside is more shallow than I would like but I have yet to have anything spill out of it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the cost. I think $30 is wayyyyy more than I would like to pay for 2 mini skillets but I am happy with them. I purchased the wooden resting trivets to accompany them. I'm happy with my purchase. If you can push past the cost I think you'll be satisfied. Bon appetit!
