Very Poor Quality & Worst After-Sales Support I purchased the Insta Cuppa chopper and it stopped working within just one month of normal use. The build quality is extremely poor and not at all worth the price. What’s more disappointing is the complete lack of support from the seller. I have followed up multiple times through calls/messages, but there has been no response, no repair, no replacement, and no resolution. A product failing within a month clearly shows quality issues, and ignoring customers afterward is unacceptable. I would strongly not recommend this product or seller to anyone. Save your money and choose a brand with reliable quality and customer service.

I was looking for a small, easy to use chopper. Instacuppa's offering caught my attention for multiple reasons - it looked good; it is rechargeable which means I do not need to have a power point while running it, giving me the freedom to use it almost anywhere; and its price. I have been using it for two months now, and it has well exceeded expectations. One needs to remember that it is NOT a blender but a chopper, and thus it can not make truly smooth pastes out of chopped vegetables (for example, tomato can not be pureed). This means that it can not be used to make pastes out of spices (which is a shame). I tried to use it on poppy seeds, and it did not work at all. I wish it could, but one can not have everything. I have used it to chop tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies, and also to make mango shake and buttermilk. In all cases, it gave perfectly satisfactory results. It is easy to charge the unit from a standard USB charger. This will need an older USB cord, but that it perfectly alright for me. The battery seems to be very good; my first charge is still holding after multiple uses over these two months. Cleaning the unit is a breeze. Just make sure you take the blade out first and clean that carefully. The motor should be cleaned only by a damp soft cloth -- pretty standard precaution for any electrical unit. Instacuppa sends you a cleaning brush if you register. It is essentially a sponge on a stick, and I did not find it very useful. Standard dish-washing soap cleans it much better. Overall, a great tool.

Overall good. I ordered the 250ML one but it is too small for my hands. So I have to be extra careful when handling the blades. The motor is powerful as mentioned and it took less than a minute for 4 onions to be very finely chopped.
