The item doesn’t work but my daughter loves it please can you fix it or send out a replacement??

We bought this as a christmas present, and it is perfect. On unpacking a bulb was found to be broken but it had a few spares in the box anyway so we were able to use straight away. My daughter loves this mirror.

Bought this for my granddaughter who is delighted with itSits nicely on her dressing table and lights are easily controlled from bright to dim

Carried it up the stairs , put it together , it turned on once . The second time I turned it on it would not work .

The mirror is georgous. I had high expectations when I bought it and was still highly impressed when received it. Defiantly recommend

Put it together turn it on and it worked switch it off turn it on again and it don’t work
