Mix with plain yoghurt to boost my gut health

This stuff is amazing. Been using it for around a year or so and would not be without for my daughter. Tried other brands but this is great. Ive bought the adults ones too now!

Easy to dissolve and mix in yogurt. No flavour so it's easy for children to have. It does seem to make them a bit sniffly in the first two weeks when building up gut flora.
