The Official Banana for Scale by Citadel Black - Stress Relief Toy, Stretchy Glue-Sand Filled Rubber Banana, Full Sized 7 inch Squishy Banana

I ordered this banana for my therapy office to occupy my teenagers and fidgety folks in session. I had a kid who would wrap it around their entire elbow and it did not explode--however, when twisted until the silicone becomes thin and shiny, it exploded. Mess was not hard to clean up and was just a lump of gluey sand. I was proud of the kid for finally destroying it because it has seen some rough handling. This lasted five months of being aggressively stretched for over an hour a day most days. Now that I have to replace it, I'm just going to buy this one again. I will note that some adults thought the floppiness and general shape of the thing was off-putting.

...she told me she left a banana on the counter and asked me to throw it away since it would be rotten by the time she returned. So of course I ordered this fake banana to replace her real banana with. True story.The stretchy banana though, it is quite relaxing and stress relieving and makes for a good practical joke.

Colors fade

I got this as a gift for a friend who introduced me to the joke. It has surprising stretch, a great feel in the hand, and the writing is perfectly placed. I love it so much I'm buying more for myself and a few other friends!

I bought this as a fidget toy because I have ADHD, it seems to work for me. I've had the item for just over 24hrs now. Within the first hour of use the "(for scale)" lettering turned in to a black smudge and after another two hours there isn't a single sign of it's existence. It seems to have a few very thin spots in the "skin", I think it's factory defects. I don't like to stretch it because it feels like it's going to tear in those spots. I think another factory defect is the looseness of the "skin". If the seller could work with me to fix this I'll change my review, if the product improves.EDIT:Okay, it's been less than 48hrs and the cap is coming off. I do not see this lasting another day.

I can't even... This has got to be the worst Amazon purchase. This thing is tiny and actually has "(for scale)" printed on the tiny banana. Maybe it's referring to the tiny banana bunches in some stores. Disappointing...

I had a ruler. Had. This is now my standard unit for measuring. Weight? Yup! Distance? You betcha! Size? Yessir! Time? ......woah, lets not get carried away. That would be silly.Time is one dimension I cannot use the banana for.But for 99.99% of your needs this heavy duty (tough as banana), heavy feeling (approx weight is one banana) , and perfect size (1 naner) is going to be your tool of choice.It is also heavy enough to hold down several banana leaves.Banana
