After multiple plastic shaker bottle that constantly leaked, I bit the bullet and spent the extra money on this quality metal shaker bottle. So far there is no regrets and zero leaks. I appreciate the measurements lines stamped on the inside of the bottle. I didnt think the steel spring ball would mix my protein power well but surprisingly does. Get it!
