This remote control helicopter is so much fun for the whole family. It is easy to fly and the control is great for beginners. It lights up with LED lights and has a really good battery life. The second battery makes it easy to extend flight times

I order a remote controlled helicopter from SYMA through my Amazon account, upon receiving the helicopter I flew it one time for around 3 to 4 minutes and then put it away as I was busy. The following day I went to fly it again and the controller would not turn on, so I installed a new set of batteries and it still would not turn. I contacted the supplier of the helicopter SYMA via the support line provided with the product, I spoke with a very nice lady and told her the issue I was having, we went through a few things on the phone in an attempt to resolve the issue but were unable to do so. To my surprise the lady asked to confirm my shipping information and within 5 days I received a brand new unit, I would highly recommend using this company if you are looking at purchasing a similar product as I can assure you the stand 100% behind the products they sell.

I don't like this newer version with "altitude hold". Even if you use the stick to take off, first you bump up the stick to get the blades rotating slowly. Then you re-center the stick then push up again to take off. The heli shoots up fast and you can't really control it. I don't think you can turn off this feature. If I could I would keep the heli. Instead, I will return it and get the older S107G. More control of the S107G, to me, makes it much more fun to fly.

The actual helicopter is smaller than I was thinking it would be, but that actually ended up being a perk! I can maneuver it through spots I didn’t think I would be able to. There is a bit of a learning curve but the directions in the booklet helped a lot. It’s metal and came with 2 batteries! I was so happy to see the 2 batteries because most toys similar to this only come with one so while the battery is charging you can’t keep playing with it. With the two batteries I just switch them out and keep going. It’s also quieter than expected and definitely holds up to some hard hits (remember the learning curve lol).
