I’ve been using this bovine collagen brand Edible Health for a month now. Some folks use it in their smoothies, but I mix it in my morning yogurt with blueberries. Since this is unflavored collagen (which I prefer) it does not alter the taste. After using the product for a month, I noticed my fingernails need to be trimmed more frequently than prior to using the product. Which means the product is working. I ordered the product on 12/22/22 and received it 12/24/22. Overall, I recommend this brand of collagen. It is reasonably priced, pure ingredients, and comes in a recyclable tub. Based on my research of collagen products, here is what I like about this brand Edible Health Bovine Collagen: Diverse Amino Acid Profile Our bodies require approximately 20 different amino acids in order to function properly. Therefore, when looking for a collagen supplement, I wanted one with a diverse amino acid profile — the more amino acids, the better. This brand has 18 amino acids and 8 essential amino acids. Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen Though collagen can come from many different sources, bovine has been found to be the most potent and effective. Furthermore, when collagen is hydrolyzed it essentially means the amino acids within it have been broken down, so they're easier for your body to absorb. This brand has 100% pure hydrolyzed collagen. Types I & III My research recommended finding a supplement that contains collagen types I & III as these support the primary areas of concern and are the most potent. However, be wary of products that contain many more than 3 types, as it likely means the supplement is "watered down" and less effective. Edible Health’s brand of collagen has the two most potent types of collagens: Types I & III. Clinically Recommended Dosages Some brands will use quality ingredients but skimp out on dosages in order to save money. So even if you’re getting the right ingredients, if they’re not in their recommended dosages, you won’t experience the full benefits. At a minimum when looking for a collagen supplement, you want at least 9 different amino acids in its profile and is comprised of at least 90% protein. Edible Health’s brand has 18 amino acids and 12 grams of protein (92% of the 13 grams per serving). This brand also has 8 essential amino acids. Also, the amino acids in this brand of collagen are listed in grams (which is better) since other brands may use micro grams to inflate their numbers (i.e. 8,400 micro grams looks like a lot of product versus 8.4 grams). Given that the daily recommend use of collagen is in grams, the product ingredients should also be listed in grams. Edible Health uses this consistent unit of measure for its daily product consumption usage and its amino acid amounts. In my research, look for consistency in the serving size and the collagen amount. If the serving size is greater than the collagen amount (using the same unit of measure grams) that could mean there are other ingredients. You need to find out what are those other ingredients if not listed on the package. Edible Health’s brand has a serving size of 13 grams which match's the 13 grams of collagen. That’s what you want.

Es el segundo bote que compro porque me ha gustado mucho. Es un buen producto que no sabe a nada si lo tomas disuelto en café, té, zumos,....si lo tomas solo con agua, lógicamente, da un sabor especial. También se disuelve estupendamente sin hacer grumos. De momento no puedo hablar de grandes resultados, pero si es cierto que mis uñas están mejor y mi cabello crece con más fuerza.

I received this today and have just consumed two rounded tablespoons in a normal size cup of tea. I can assure everyone reading this that the product is entirely tasteless and has almost no smell. It absolutely, unequivocally does not smell or taste “beefy” as another reviewer falsely claims. The tub, which is sealed for freshness, contains powder almost up to very rim of the tub which is such a rarity these days! I was quite pleasantly surprised when I pulled back the foil. I really should get out more... The powder is very fine and despite me carelessly dumping two heaped tablespoons full into my tea and then taking my sweet time to actually stir it in, the product had fully dissolved within seconds. Absolutely no lumps or clumps or residue in the bottom of my mug. Zero aftertaste. There appear to be a few fake reviews on here (all negative) so I would encourage you to ignore these and focus on the many positive reviews. As far as I can see the company customer service is top notch and they are quick and friendly with their responses to questions or negative reviews. Yes it is entirely possible they did receive a substandard or damaged product from the amazon warehouse but who doesn’t every now and then? I question their validity as they describe a product so drastically different from the one I received, “beefy” and “clumpy” this powder is not. So far I am extremely pleased with the product which I have ordered to support my Keto diet and help to ease symptoms of fibromyalgia (muscle & joint pain, fatigue etc). I look forward to seeing how it affects me over the next few weeks and will update my review and let you know.
