Short version - highly recommended!Longer version - I am a 71 y.o. Male who returned to yoga as conditioning for archery. I am not yet ready for chair yoga, but find that I need support for the warrior series and help w/ my balancing postures. I am tall and I tried several different sticks in several lengths and this one is the perfect length. I am enjoying the bonus exercise vids and manual - which gave me some stretches to add to my routine. The stick is very sturdy and an ideal weight and length to use as a hiking staff. It is well made.

I have arthritis in the knees and squats, while one of the best exercises for you, are difficult for me. I bought the stick (bamboo) to give me a bit of stability during deeper squats as I don't have room for a chair to hang onto in my small home workout area. The stick is great for this purpose. However, I was surprised at how much I liked the mobility exercises that come with the stick. While I am not a yoga practitioner, I do have a yoga Stretch Out Strap that I like and use. I like this stick better as most of the stretches can be done while standing. I can do a full-body stretch in just a few minutes. The bamboo is of great quality and wonderfully finished - very smooth. The honeycombed textured hand grips give it an upscale look. It tucks easily in the corner with my foam roller, hand weights, and barbell. I was initially upset that no instructions came with it, as described. But, then I saw a label wrapped around the handle with a QR code. Hoover your phone camera over the QR code, click on the link, enter your name and email address, and they email the exercise guide to you. Much better than a paper copy that I have to keep with (trying to tame the clutter!). I bought two of these. I ordered another one to put in my office as I sit at a desk 10 hours a day. I would recommend this to others.

I have back and neck problems, and this product has been a great help. No need to stick with this brand specifically, it is, afterall, just a stick, but the general product is great for light stretching.

I thought this was gonna look super cheap because I got it in pink but thankfully that wasn't the case.I'd give this 5 stars but unpacking was frustrating af. The 2 ends are wrapped very tightly and the silica packet is wedged under one side. I didn't want to use scissors and possibly scratch the ends so I had to pull it off in small pieces and try to pull the tighter portion off when it was small enough but couldn't because the silica packet would burst open. I have 2 dogs and obviously don't want them eating any of it. I got it off but the silica packet ripped on the corner so I had to look for those pieces to make sure my dogs didn't end up eating any.Put the silica packet in the loose portion of the wrapping pleaseOutside of that it's a great color and doesn't look like it's a paint that's gonna chip off. I did a quick couple mobility exercises for my shoulders and it felt light-weight but sturdy. Easy to use and your hands can slide over on the pole mid movement to readjust without fear of accidental splinters

It's a bamboo stick; slightly flexible, smooth, and weighs very little.I'm 5'10 with a comparable wingspan - across my shoulders, this reaches exactly to my knuckles on both hands with my arms straight.There are numerous different uses for it, but 90% of my use is for shoulder range of motion training. You can use your opposite (hopefully uninjured) shoulder to control the range, which is AMAZING for recovery purposes.I'm buying a second one, because I travel between two residences for professional reasons and I occasionally forget to pack this into my truck.
