Got this for my son's car and haven't had time to install so I only gave it a 4-star for the moment.

It fits my ML350 Bluetec perfectly! No issues anymore. They delivered on time, I love it!

Great price, fast delivery! The actuator worked perfectly. Installation wasn't too hard at all. Just be careful removing the inside panel so you don't break any of the clips. The MB dealer quoted me $758.00 to replace on a 2010 ML350. I purchased this for $208.00. This saved me over $550 to DIY. You can find video on you tube showing you how to install. Recommend!

This product fit perfectly! I was unsure at first if I was ordering the correct lock actuator, sometimes Mercedes parts are difficult to determine, however this one works and is of great quality. My Son installed it in less than one hour. Price was great! Saved me hundreds of dollars by DIY.

Product works fine and locks when closing hatch. Will not unlatch when reopening. Also product lower screw plate was bent on bottom screw tab. Bent tab caused latch misalignment when installed.

It takes a little time to carefully remove the panels, but the actuator assembly takes 10 minutes to swap out. Saved me about $400.
