This doesn't smell like any of the descriptions given in the reviews I've read. It's giving older lady perfume vibes. I was under the impression that I was buying this straight from the Ellis Brooklyn store page but instead it came from a third party person selling from their apartment. It was packaged just fine and didn't seem tampered with but I am wondering now if I received a genuine product or the bottle filled with something else based on scent and what others are saying it smells like. I'll be wearing it for a couple hours to see how it mixes for me.

Really pretty scent. Very nice, easy, tropical- the kind you can just douse yourself in warm weather... Its a soft warm coconut with a hint of vanilla that keeps it anchored at its base, it has that perfect sun lotion DNA profile. I don't get a "saltiness". Something lemony or bergamot would really make it pop or maybe deepened with a richer vanilla for evening...

I am not the biggest fan of this body mist! The vanilla and coconut note is a bit overwhelming and I cant even smell any jasmine or anything else. The bottle is very heavy so its a little inconvenient to carry it around in my bag. Also, you have to keep applying it as the scent wears off pretty quickly.
