Big and beautiful!
Quite unlike any other softbox I have ever worked with in the past. It’s just big and beautiful and succeeds in diffusing the most perfect light. You can’t achieve perfection in your photography without it! As others have said it is quite strong and durable, equipped for some long term use! Order processing, packaging and delivery time was faultless as always.

Know what you are buying....
I don’t normally write reviews but the reviews on this item vary in usefulness so I feel like it’s needs a more comprehensive one.Firstly i haven’t actually used the item yet, so can’t comment on the look of the images it produces. I’ll add this later. However I can comment on the quality of the item. The rods it’s comes with are much thinner than what would come with a Bowen’s Softbox, however there are loads of them in this softbox so you have strength in numbers. As long as you are careful I think will be fine. The material of the softbox is thin and quite flimsy however I’ve had very expensive Bowen’s soft boxes made from the same material. Again as long as you are careful you will be fine. The S ring sits very loose in the softbox held in by screws with springs embedded on them. I usually like my S rings to be tight so I can control which way the softbox is and it doesn’t just decide to fall in one direction. I obvious tried tightening the screws and changing the traction tabs inside the softbox but nothing worked. In the end i figured that this looseness doesn’t both me here due to the shape of the softbox. It’s just something to bare in mind and again show the difference in quality. The inner and outer diffuser seem to be good and suitable but the inner diffuser is held in place with carabeener style clips. It was easy to get them on, however i'm not looking forward to removing them if needed. They are small and very fiddly and i think i will struggle.Building the item took some time, this is due to the volume of rods (approx 20) and the fact you have two loops inside the softbox material to thread them through. One of the hardest things is once this is done to then attach the softbox ring to all the rods. Again this as fiddly and took some time. I missed one of the holes in the ring and ended up have to reseat half the rods all over again. This can speak to their strength and quality though because at least they stood up to being bent, seated and reseated.Once built it looked like it would do the job and i'm happy with what i paid for this item. A Softbox of this design and style by one of original manufacturers would have been 5 times what i paid for this. So im happy so far.I took the item apart after building and kept the rods in place inside the softbox and just removed the ring. So at least ill just have to attach the ring when next building it.It came with no instructions but im experienced enough to know how to put this together. In case anyone is wondering the smaller nubb at the end of the rod goes inside the softbox and the larger end goes in the ring. everything else should be quite straight forward.Im happy with the softbox so far. Im excited to see the photos it can help me produce. Its got three stars because ultimately i do think its a poor quality item compared to what im used to, but it has 5 star for value. if the images its helps me get are good then it will go to 4 stars for sure. You need to know that is a cheap product so will be cheap in production generally. Would this last forever in a studio having it being used day in day out absolutely not. For occasional use it will be fine though

Great for the money.
Takes 20 mins to assemble first time, and note that the ends of the ride are not the same. Bigger ends go into the mount.Easily as good as you would hope for at the price

Great introduction to this brand
Perfect for use in the studio. Once you’ve mastered how it is assembled, it is a lot easier the next time if you don’t wish to keep it up permanently. Nice solid build to it and it performs brilliantly taking into account the price. I would buy again based on first experience of this brand.

No complaints 🔥
For the price it's an incredible softbox. It does take some time to put together at first, but once you have it doesn't take long after that! I've also figured out a way to pack it down without taking everything apart.
