Judging the ingredients being Arnica, magnesium and Menthol, I expected a pain relieving, soothing, yet the refreshing, pain subduing cream. I didn’t become aware of a menthol scent and the pain relief was minor. But that is not to say that it may not help someone else with less severe neuropathy .Ruth D.

I gave it 5 stars because it allows me to go up and down the stairs much, much more comfortably which means a lot to me because we have a two story home. I found that it works best if it is applied in the morning and at night. I find that it is soothing for back pain, it absorbs quickly, it smells good, and it lasts a long time. For me, it is a good product.

I was unsure how it will wrk when I tried it but it indeed works very well. I use it when I have minor pain in my hands and it gets rid of that in a jiffy! will definitely keep buying.

I worked for the original owner of the company. This hands down is my favorite product Barbara ever made. It has alleviated some very intense pain in my back from a car accident. Her products are 100% natural and I will swear by them for the rest of my life!!!!!

Not for muscles, but works great on knee joints

Thought this would work better then the ordinary arnica gel but it didn’t. Will stay with the less expensive arnica gel
