E-Series barbell set: the basis for your strength training

Training with the free dumbbell rounds off every workout perfectly. Because there are many deeper-seated muscles involved in order to bring you into a stable position when lifting. This increases the coordinative performance of your entire musculature particularly effectively. The included weight plates are sufficient for a building power program to strengthen the chest, shoulders and neck, biceps and triceps. You can add up to 54 kg to the bar's own weight (6 kg) and fix it securely with the star fasteners. The cast iron barbell set is therefore also suitable for advanced heavy metal athletes who want to warm up on the weight bench before doing extreme presses.
Apart from classic standing weightlifting or dumbbell presses lying on the bench, you can use a barbell to intensify exercises such as squats and strengthen your core muscles. The E-Series barbell set is a versatile piece of equipment even when loaded with light weights or even without discs. Upside-down, it puts extra strain on lunges, squats or torso bends
