Frame looks great. Easy to to load pictures. However, It would be nice if the cord was white, not black. It would also be nice if they used usb charging like most other things. But it's still a really nice frame, especially for the money.

Easy to setup, pictures and videos are very clear. Can turn off the sound for the videos as well. App is easy to use in terms of sending pics to the frame. Very happy with this purchase, highly recommend! Update*** I'm sad to say it's been about less than a month and the frame constantly freezes. Super frustrating as I did love it at first but now it doesn't work properly.. UPDATE: The company has reached out to resolve the issue, specifically Jerry. I received a new frame. I haven't had a chance to set it up yet but happy with the customer service I received to ensure this issue was corrected.
