We own 2 of these for our dogs. I love that it does sound and vibration to warn before a shock. Our dogs rarely let it get to the shock and it has quieted them down! They often bark just to hear themselves bark. Finally something that works!

It fit too big on my dog, so I cut off the extra length like it said to do if it was too big, this is what happenedI purchased two days ago,The collar itself appears to work, I have noticed my dog not bark at everything like he used toDon’t cut off the length, it will become unusable within hours.5-6 month UPDATEIt no longer frightens my dog, he barks none stop at whatever he hears. I have a chihuahua

I have a small terrier- he hates the beep. It works!

It works well on little dogs.

Will only go off for strong barks. My dog has now learned to just bark softer and yips all the time. I’ve double check that the collar is “tight” enough and am 100% certain that it is. Pretty disappointed. Also, within the first week of having this another dog bit off one of the buttons while playing. Not saying that this should be chew proof, but a puppy should not be able to damage this device that easily. Would not recommend to a friend.
