Just as good as name brand bands, but cost way more effective. Very durable and versatile. Strong enough for band assisted pull ups and great for shoulder activation workouts.

I love the variety of “weights” that this set of isometric bands cover. They are nice and thick and hopefully won’t snap/break easily (time will tell?). Very easy to use and they don’t require a lot of space in order to use them. They also come with a storage bag and door attachment so that I’m able to vary my exercise routine. My spouse liked them too and so I had to order a second set!

Quality and variety. Simple door attachment works for me.

Resistance is great. Functions perfectly fine. But sticky and I don't love that. Needs a more smooth coating. I've purchased slightly more expensive (SLIGHTLY) coated bands and it was worth the extra. But for functionality, these will do the trick.
