Product is good but delivery experience bad and find dent on product. Customer service said only refund is available not replacement so please get refund and reorder but same product delivery take more than one week. So finally without wish product has to be kept. Further no monetary benefits offer to customer.

Product is very good. It is very useful. And quality of washing is also very good for large cloth and as well as small type of cloth also. Sink which is provided for Active Wash that is very useful and effective also. But water supply should be sufficient for this product. And except that, though it is not a cons because every fully automatic washing machine need sufficient water supply, I didn't find out any such cons to tell. One thing also I would like to mention that in this machine heater is not present. So cloth is dried around 90% not 100%.

Their is a dent on the machine. But their is not any dent on the outer packaging so they knowlingly delivered damaged machine.Not expected amazon. If we are paying money it should be worth it but you are guys are delivering us defected product

It an awesome product, washing quality is also good. Only problem is WiFi connectivity is more on monitoring side instead of controlling the washing machine. Overall it is a good washing machine.

Overeall is good but whashing Quality is midiyum.not hevy stain removal.water consumption is high. clothes are Tengel. Eccobubule is not properly working only work Normal mode . other cycle not work Eccobubule

This is our first washing machine to our house so nobody knew about the usage and operation. We found this product to useful, very easy to use and worth money. This has options in clothing type, quick wash, just to dry and many. This takes normal time of an hour for heavy load, performs well as it is new currently, with 80% dry clothes to come out. you have two handlers of two sides to lift for placement, above is the plates in case there is very dirty cloth to be washed by hand a little and jet pipe to leave the water directly. Completely drains water automatic. Noise level is normal, though not happy with base as it dances without the base level properly set. Inlet pipe is too small so you have to buy an extension also the power plug need extension. Overall ots a good product if you get with good discount.
