Our walkabout phone started to play up so we decided to get a normal phone again. Could not find any at the supermarekts or Argos. The ring on the phone is lovely and loud, can even hear it ring when we are in the garden. Very happy with product will recommend.

A good basic telephone
A good basic telephone, unless you are hard of hearing , you definitely should hear it ringing...! Strips of electrical insulation tape underneath the telephone base unit was quite an effective noise antidote.

Inexpensive basic corded phone.
It does its job without any problems but is pretty insubstantial. However, considering the price I guess that`s only to be expected.

Missing cable
Would have had 5 stars if the cable connecting the telephone handset to the base was included. Useless without one!!!

Well corded phone's aren't trendy, even having a home phone isn't a gimme any more but if you DO want a land-line, don't rely on DECT phones in an emergency, get a corded phone just in case.This one fits the bill precisely.

For use in powercuts - Does what it says!
Only plug this phone in when we have a powercut, The ringtone is alright, get a clear sound through the earpiece. I'm happy with it for what I need it for!

Binatone Basic phone... It's very basic
Very basic phone. I but it for my Jio Fiber connection. It is working fine. I am using from last 3 months. Sound quality is good. Also installation and built is fine. Though it's very basic phone. No call recording or other stuff. Also dialing number is difficult for y 60 year old mother. So overall if you are looking for very basic phone it's value for money. But I am also planning to upgrade it in next few months.
