Roku Streaming Stick HD 2025 — HD Streaming Device for TV with Roku Voice Remote, Free & Live TV

I am so happy now I accidentally lost my Roku remote. I set out to just buy another Roku remote, but it was cheaper just to buy this. To my surprise, this is much much more upgraded!!! I have way more channels and apps than I did before and I had a TON! No exaggeration. (And I still have cable tv which I can cancel with this. I was nervous as I wasn’t sure what I’d be limited to). Wildly, to my surprise, my picture quality has gotten even better. There’s no lagging when watching football or sports on any of the apps like I do on my more expensive TVs throughout my house (after getting rid of cable boxes & using the apps via cable. This has no issues & I don’t even need cable. Why this doesn’t lag and my expensive smart tvs do, no idea). I am literally blown away and so glad I made this purchase and it was less expensive than replacing a lost remote. Beyond beyond happy. I would suggest this over my Apple TV box honestly. That lags a little bit and the apps that come on some of the other smart TVs lag with football. I can easily change from one thing to the other with this device. I don’t know how or why but it does and I’m not complaining!! It was so easy to set up. Beyond easy to set up actually. I just plugged it in and it recognized everything and told me to press one button and boom, done. I can use it on any TV in the house. My Samsung, my Sony it doesn’t matter. The TV in my living room has way more technology, but this Roku device made my regular Amazon insignia fire TV better than my super expensive TV in the living room. When my living room TV is glitching trying to watch football I come into my bedroom and I watch football on my Roku because it doesn’t lag like all the other different apps do on those other TVs I am blown away at that fact and it’s weird, but I have a better quality picture now and I don’t know why, but I’m happy about it! I probably should get one for my main TV now that I’m thinking about this.

I bought this during BlackFriday at an incredible price to replace an older FireTV stick because I also have a TCL Roku TV in another room, and that interface is pretty decent. This streaming stick is a breeze to set up (it can use the AC to USB power block from the FireTV device) and if you're familiar with the user interface for Roku TV's it's the same. The biggest improvement/difference I noted is the response and speed of operation. The second is the picture quality for streaming channels and services. The only thing I wish it had - and I'll have to research further - is the ability to clear cache from all apps at once, like the newer FireTV devices recently added in a software update. The internal Wifi radio/antenna is strong and connection to my router is solid and reliable. So far I'm incredibly pleased. Kudos to Roku.

It was easy to set up. It handles all the streaming services we have, plus it does AirPlay. I like the remote. It is all tactile buttons so their is no accidental touch doing things you don't want and it is inexpensive. Works great, but it does benefit from our eero 6 router mesh system units located throughout the house.

i bought 2 - couldn't resist - price was very good, and i'm definitely not sorry. what i love most is - i'm not FORCED to watch ONLY Roku-tv - there are LOADS of channels, with shows and movies. it's very easy to use - the simplest thing in the world to setup - as for sound quality - that depends more on the tv itself rather than the Roku device (duh) i don't know why that's in the 'banner' at the bottom of this window, but ok. it has MANY nice features - some are kinda 'hidden', but not difficult to discover. it's nice to realize if one has a slower internet connection, it will auto-change and adjust itself so nothing slows or stops. functional - yep - very nice - simplest device i've ever had to setup - took about 30 seconds.

Love this stick a lot, as it’s a perfect solution that upgrades my old TV. I bought this Roku stick and also Amazon Firestick, each to upgrade my old living room and bedroom TVs, respectively. Love the Bluetooth headphone for quiet solo streaming, without bothering others. The additional built-in Airplay feature, which only exists in the Roku stick, is awesome for Apple users. The stick has all the basic streaming service apps, such as Netflix, Prime Video, Tubi, Pluto TV, YouTube, etc. The platform is much simpler to navigate and has neutral interface, if users are not Prime members. For me personally, I love both sticks that works for both TVs, and a nice budget-friendly upgrade for old TVs, that helps me to stream from both my living room and bedroom. If the living room is occupied with visitors, I can retreat into the comfort of my bedroom. Roku stick runs smoothly without any freeze so far. My bedroom is a bit far off from the Internet router, but Roku is awesome of catching stable signals without any video lagging so far. Furthermore, Roku stick can also power by simply plugging into the TV’s USB port, no need to plug into wall outlets and clutter hassles. In contrast, the Amazon Firestick consumes more power and it’s not sufficient to power it up with the USB port, and thus must plug into wall outlet using the provided adapter. Overall, I enjoy and appreciate the value and upgrade from the Roku stick a lot, along with awesome features.

For the most part, I'm really happy with this product. It works great for our older TV, and the response time getting into apps is pretty fast as well, which is a vast improvement from our previous TV and amazon stick (which admittedly was pretty old). Also fairly simple to install and use, so functionally and getting into apps, it works great. My ONLY complaint (and the one thing keeping me from 5 stars) is the button sensitivity. It's like it'll be resting on the couch and I'll slightly move across it, bump it on the ground, or pick it up, then all of a sudden, YouTube switches to AppleTV (or one of the other apps on the controller). If they can fix that so the buttons aren't as sensitive and won't switch to back with a accidently brush of the button, then that would definitely sway my opinion of this. All that said, for the price, you can't go wrong.

Overall, this Roku stick is a fantastic value, I highly recommend it.

It worked as expected, allows all streaming apps to be downloaded and used, came very well packaged, easy to set up and only takes one plug in the wall, the sound quality depends on your TV more than the Roku but I do enjoy that the buttons on the controller can control the TV instead of having to use separate remotes. The buttons are all good, there are none that are sticky or hard to press, overall this was a great purchase.
