This description says “made in usa facilities.” does this mean a chinese facility making product for purina or a usa-based facility?

That would be a question for the manufacturer not a consumer.

Is the catnip smell or taste to strong for older kitties. Our kids usually eat Beachside crunch and love it. But love rubbing on catnip toys.

My boys are 11 and 12, all 3 really like like the Natural Yums as much as the Beachside crunch. I alternate several flavors during the month so they don't get bored.

Anyone else being told, by Amazon, that you need vet approval for this item?

Not that one, but one of the other one's. I asked my vet they laughed at me! They don't understand way anyone would need to have a Vet Approval on any of the (Natural Adult Cat Treats) unless they have added something that shouldn't be in them. My Vet said that that is one of the best treats for cats! So now they want to know what is in this treat that you need a Vet approval! I would like to know also what has been add to the Friskies Natural Treats

I have three feral cats that pretty much live at my home and I feed on a regular basis. They love the Lobster, Mac N'Cheese treats. It's not a "Cracker" but they love the flavor and are always happy to get this as a treat.
