Edited to add: It doesn't keep drinks as hot as I'd like. My Yeti does a better job. I do like that it's easy to keep clean. I wish the base were a little narrower to fit in my car cup holder. Still glad I bought it. I was intrigued by the premise of this mug. Like competitors, it isn't cheap. Normally I alternate between a Yeti and a Stanley. I expect my mug to fit in my car cup holder and keep my drink hot for at least an hour. This mug is larger and feels sturdier and heavier than my usual go-tos. I like the color choices and the bottom cover. The top is very ergonomic to the mouth, which is nice. I feel like the mouth shape is one of those things I will now expect on other mugs. The one disappointment is that opening and closing it makes a rather loud snapping noise. Thus, while I'd planned to take it to work and travel with it, I'll probably keep it at home since the noise could be rude in a work setting. It is easy to clean -- fewer parts and fewer places that can trap disgusting gunk. It keeps my drink hot, but I don't think that aspect is superior to other brands. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Didn't work exactly as anticipated for me. I gave it quite a go but I think I add more milk to my coffee than the specifications are based on. Did seem to help keep it warm a little longer, but also I'm not a huge fan of the way the drinking spout works. Ultimately, I should have paid more attention in the specifications about the ratings and the amount of milk. I also really prefer something that's a little more dishwasher safe.

Followed instructions on cleaning before use but the mouthpiece had a distressing vinyl taste the first several uses. Gone now. Maybe immerse cap in water for a while before use. Otherwise keeps coffee warm and fresh a long time.

This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend because he was saying how much he hates having to wait for his coffee to cool down in his usual mug, and burning his mouth when he drinks it too soon. When I gave him this he was excited but skeptical. Now it’s the only coffee tumbler he will use! His coffee is at the perfect temp for him within a few minutes. I will probably get him another at Christmas so he can keep one at work and one at home.
